Teams and Organizations

Our approach to working with teams and sport organizations is highly individualized and based on the needs of the organization. These partnerships can range from simply setting up a concierge referral process, to providing an ongoing workshop series, or even developing a comprehensive on-site mental wellness program.

We have experience working with teams of all levels - Professional, Olympic, Collegiate, Club, and High School.

  • Concierge Referrals

This service includes priority scheduling for individual referrals (e.g., direct contact numbers for scheduling & creation of clinic access for athletes affiliated with sport partners).

Additionally, this often includes case management services for athletes & staff (e.g., mental health screening & triage; assistance in connecting individuals to appropriate services, particularly when specialty services are needed).

  • Workshop Series

Workshops are group or team sessions delivered in-person or on-site to athletes, staff, or parents. The content of these series is highly individualized and designed based on the needs of the organization.

Commonly requested series include: Mindsets of Champions, Optimizing Mental Wellness, and Supporting Athlete Mental Health.

If interested in this option, it’s helpful to first schedule a call to discuss exactly what your organization is looking for.

  • On-Site Support

This service includes having a dedicated provider to delver mental health & sport psychology services on-site with your team.

In the most simple terms, this is the most integrated and accessible model for building a mental wellness program.

The structure of this service is individualized and based on the unique needs and culture of the organization. Recommend starting with an initial discovery call to explore different options.

  • Resource Creation

Many teams are interested in integrating mental wellness into their day-to-day process; however, may not have the resources for on-site support.

Creating individualized self-directed resources can be a good first step towards integration. This may include unique podcasts, videos, mindfulness audios, or worksheets.

These are highly individualized. For example, let’s say your athletes struggles with travel following difficult games, as they experience self-criticism or rumination. We may suggest creating a “post-game mindfulness” for your athletes can listen to while traveling. This audio could walk them through how to manage these experiences in real-time, to lessen the impact.
